AntlerCraft by RR guarantees the quality of our craftsmanship against manufacturer defect, not including ordinary wear, for the life of your product. At our discretion we will arrange local repair, or ship and repair at our cost. If at anytime, up to 3 years after purchase, you wish to exchange your chandelier (in good condition) for a light of greater value, you may trade that item in with full credit of the purchased price.
